The Bucket Sweeper SKSM is specially developed for tough environments and hard wear. SKSM is developed for asphalt work, both milling teams and laying teams use SKSM in their daily work, but it also works perfectly in other environments where demands on wear resistance and durability are extra high.
The bucket is built in stainless steel to resist wear and adhesion better than standard buckets. It also has bolted edge with a carbide core for long life and quick and easy maintenance. The side edges are made of carbide and easily replaceable, while the bottom of the bucket is coated with wear steel for long life.
The Bucket Sweeper has brushes with a diameter of 600 mm and is driven by a mid-mounted transmission that has a well-proven and robust construction. With center drive, the Bucket Sweeper is slim and has no protruding parts that could be destroyed in the event of a collision.
As standard, the cover is hydraulically openable with simple mechanical adjustment of the brush height. For better safety there is a pilot operated non-return valve for the opening of the lid and an overflow valve for the motor as standard.
Adapters for loaders are mounted according to customer specifications and also excavator- or combi adapters are possible options. Standard width for SKSM is 1600 mm but can be built in other widths upon request.
