Specially designed for tough environments and hard wear. SKSM is specially developed for asphalt work, but also suitable for other environments where demands on wear resistance and durability are extra high.
The bucket is built of stainless steel for less adhesion than standard buckets. Bolt-on edges with carbide core divided into sections, the parts can change places and wear more evenly for increased lifespan. Exposed parts of the bucket are covered in durable material and designed to work well both when reversing and driving forward.
The Bucket Sweeper is built to give the driver good visibility in front of the bucket and it is equipped with lighting to cover areas that the loaders headlights do not reach.
The Bucket Sweeper has brushes with diameter 800mm and is powered by a mid-mounted transmission that has a well-proven and robust construction. The cover is hydraulically openable with simple mechanical adjustment of the brush height. The opening cylinder is built into the rear body of the bucket, providing a stable construction and good protection for the cylinder. The cover can also be mechanically locked in open position for easy access and safe handling during maintenance e.g. brush change.
High Tipper Bucket Sweeper SKSM HT has the same design as SKSM with an additional tipping angle of 60 degrees for best emptying of the bucket. The high tipper is equipped with a damper for a smooth pace when emptying.
Adapters for loaders are mounted according to customer specifications and also excavator- or combi adapters are possible options.
