RF-System AB would like you to provide certain information about yourself to our business. Your personal data is processed and saved by us so that we can fulfill our commitment, make contact or provide the information requested. The personal data that may be processed is primarily that which you directly or indirectly provide to us when you contact us.

The information we intend to collect and process is name, telephone number and e-mail. You decide for yourself whether you want to provide us with any information. The data will only be processed by us, and in cases where we are dependent on another party to carry out delivery, they will be able to process these. We intend to process the data as long as you are a customer or wish to take part in our information or offers.

According to Section 26 of the Personal Data Act (1998:204), you have the right to receive information free of charge, once per calendar year, after a written and signed application has been sent to us, about which personal data about you we process and how we process it. You also have the right, according to § 28 of the Personal Data Act, to request rectification regarding personal data that we process about you. You also always have the right to revoke given consent in writing. If you believe that your personal data has been processed incorrectly, you have the option of submitting a complaint to the supervisory authority (Datainspektionen).


By registering a subscription, you agree to our newsletter policy. You will receive newsletters and/or invitations via e-mail from us at RF-System AB. The personal data we collect about you is your email address, and it will not be used for any purposes other than our newsletters.

RF-System AB will not disclose your personal data to any third party other than our subsidiary Send in Blue, which we use for the newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time from further mailings and correct the data we save about you via an unsubscribe link in the newsletters.
