With the fastclip module (CLF), that handles Fastclip FC and FE fastenings, sleepers are clipped to the rail in the same operation as the laying. Handles a production of approx 70-80 m/h. The Sleeper Layer is also available without the fastclip module, then the sleeper is placed on the ballast bed and fastened with manual fastening device.

Create a safe workplace with fewer employees around the track. Only the machine driver and few ground staff needed for track construction. The concept fits well in tight areas where access routes can not be built or where no space is available for working machines beside the track. By using this concept you avoid driving machines in the finished ballast bed.
The concept for track construction consists of Rail Lift on wheels RLF, Sleeper Layer with fastclip module RUS33 CLF, that can handle Fastclip FE and FC fastenings together with 50 and 60 kg rail, and Sleepers Trolley SLF for transportation of sleepers.
