Rail Lift on wheels RLF is developed and especially adapted for use together with our Sleeper Layer with fastclip module, to lift the rail so that sleepers can be laid underneath. A specially constructed connector device between the Sleeper Layer and Rail Lift ensures that you easily move and steer the Rail Lift on the track in front of the machine.
The Rail Lift is now available in two different versions. The original model (Variant A), with wide wheels running on the outside of the rail, provides excellent stability, even when loading the first rail. The newly developed model (Variant B), with four wheels running inside the rail, has a narrower design, allowing it to pass obstacles such as platforms. It is also equipped with adjustable support legs to provide additional stability when loading the first rail.
Bearing-mounted rollers ensure precise rail guidance in both the vertical and lateral directions.
