Mobile Rail Cutter RC30 from Demarec is specially developed for controlled demolition of railway lines and scrapping rails. It can cut all current Vignole rails (flat bottom rails) with standard quality up to 900 N/mm² and profile size “S7” to “UIC 60”. Rails exceeding 900 N/mm² or with head hardening are excluded. The wear of the cutters depends on the quality of the rails.

The patented DemaPower cylinder provides up to 20% more power, increasing efficiency. Large, heavy-duty bearings reduce wear on bushings, and the housing is made of resistant special steel. The model is available with or without built-in rotator and is designed for increased security – no flying scrap.
