The Sleeper Changer with fastclip module is a further development of our classic and well-proven Sleeper Changer RBS. The blade is used to remove ballast and the gripping claw is used to pull out old sleepers and install new ones. The well-proven angles and strength of the blade remain the same, now combined with automatic fastclip fastening.
Efficiency is now even higher than before, and the workplace becomes safer as the need for personnel around the track is reduced.

The fastclip modules are self-adjusting to the correct position in two directions and quick to position for fastening, based on the same proven technology as our Sleeper Layer. The movements are smooth thanks to end cushioning and carefully designed motion patterns.
The modules fasten quickly with high accuracy and quality. Nothing obstructs the view during the different operations – removing ballast with the blade, positioning the sleeper or fastening with fastclip. The driver has full control throughout all operations.
